Complex programs are delivered and run by people. Their judgement, their decisions and their handovers are what hold a program together, and very little of that is captured by the systems built to support them. Every mission depends on coordination between people: the handover at the end of a shift, the decision taken under pressure, the context one operator carries to the next. Ground systems keep getting better, but that human layer still runs on chat messages and notes nobody reads, and the reasoning behind a decision leaves with the operator who made it. Argos is our first product, built for that layer. It sits on top of the tools a team already runs and gives the handover a protocol: a structured brief, a read-back in the incoming operator's own words, and a confirmation before responsibility moves.
Missions run around the clock across several sites. We build the structure that carries context over each shift boundary, so the incoming team starts with what the outgoing team knew.
Months later someone asks why a workaround exists. Our work keeps the reasoning attached to the decision, with the operator who took it and the data they had in front of them.
The structure that runs a live shift also teaches a new one. University crews and training labs get the coordination discipline that well funded operations rooms already have.
